"I am mesmerized by the pet paintings you have done. How did you ever figure out how to paint their souls?" Deborah C.

This is actually my own little kitty whom we adopted from the HSUS.  She was always overlooked while others got adopted which is unfortunately typical for black pets, especially cats.  Our little chubby girl is a bit of a nipper, likely from experiences before we adopted her, but that's okay, we love her anyway!  It took awhile, but she will now tolerate precisely three kisses on her forehead before becoming a bit nervous, so I quickly withdraw.  She purrs incessantly and loves to lay with her belly up, sunbathing in my studio while I work.  She also helps me file, which is actually a big production as she pulls all the papers out of my drawers.  Otherwise she loves chasing her brother around the house and it sounds like children romping and jumping upstairs.  She's also quite vocal and actually speaks with entire sentences as she walks through a room, unlike all my other cats who are also talkative yet speak a few words at a time by comparison.  She's such a cutie pie!
